Shipping Policy for STYRA HUB

Thank you for shopping with STYRA HUB! We want you to get your new printed t-shirts as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1,3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We need this time to ensure your t-shirts are perfectly printed, quality-checked, and packed securely. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Shipping: [SHIPPING COST, e.g., ₹50 or Free on orders over ₹999]

  • Express Shipping: [SHIPPING COST, e.g., ₹150]

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partners, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Delivery to metro cities is typically faster, while deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to become active.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to high order volumes, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical issues with our carrier partners.

  • If your order is significantly delayed: We will contact you via email or phone to keep you updated.

  • If your package says "Delivered" but you haven't received it: Please check with your neighbors or building security. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at styrahub48@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

6. International Shipping

 Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
